This Otto Glaesel bass was produced in 1981 and features exemplary German craftsmanship. For a vintage, European bass, this instrument is in excellent condition. Up until very recently, this instrument was played on by a professional musician in the local symphony. Its sound has been described as “booming” with a quick response — perfect for classical playing.
